Multilateral Stakeholder Mapping
Scope
Team
Background
Connecting every school requires more than one-to-one country engagement, as no single organization can scale the mission alone. Trusted multilateral partners can strengthen legitimacy, extend reach, and enable a more scalable one-to-many model. This stakeholder intelligence project maps the multilateral ecosystem relevant to UNICEF Digital Impact Division (DID)’s mission in support of Giga’s connectivity efforts, identifying where its work overlaps with broader development and digital inclusion agendas, and where strategic partnerships could accelerate progress.
Research Questions
Which multilateral organizations present the strongest potential for strategic collaboration with UNICEF DID? Which are best positioned to strengthen UNICEF DID’s work and help accelerate short-term progress toward shared objectives?
What are the most relevant and actionable pathways for collaboration with priority organizations?

-
School-level granular data is something many partners need but often lack, creating a strong basis for collaboration.
-
Proven co-design models can be adapted and replicated.
